A return must meet the following conditions:
Within 60 days of receiving the product
Product must be returned in original packaging
Product must be unused
Include correct information such as the correct order number
Product and packaging must be in undamaged condition.
Tip: Keep your shipping receipt * track & trace so we can always find out which shipment it is.
The return is usually processed within 5 working days, we will notify you, and the amount will be paid after processing.
