Mamitacrowd maintains a processing time of 2 to 4 days. Our warehouse tries to get the products ready for shipping within this time frame.

Delivery methods in the Netherlands:

If you book your shipment before 3:00 PM today, your package will be picked up the next day. The delivery time to the customer will then be the following. Until what time does the delivery service deliver? During the day, packages are delivered before 6:00 PM. With DHL’s evening delivery, your package will be delivered between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. There are also options for delivery on Saturdays, but you will have to pay a surcharge for this.

In 97% of cases, you will receive your order within a maximum of 10 working days. Your order is easy to follow with track-and-trace
Delivery:
The moment your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation. We work together with Post NL, B Post, DHL, EMS, FEDEX, UPS

How do I make an order?
In 3 easy steps:

1.Put an item in your shopping cart and go to order.
2.Check and arrange your order. Remember the address
3.Finish by paying. You can do this with iDEAL, credit card, PAYPAL.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 1 hour.

You cannot change your placed order anymore. What you can do? Is to return within the return period. You will get your money back after processing your return.

Payment debited but the order has not been placed? Then we will refund it. How quickly you receive the money depends on the reason and on your payment method.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in black. This is to protect your privacy.

Mamitacrowd.com will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at least within four weeks.

Mamitacrowd.com takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.

If you feel that your information is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service via klantenservice@mamitacrowd.com.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

For a return, please email our customer service department. Our Whats App Customer Service is available Mon-Sat, between 09-00 and18.00. Outside of office hours via:klantenservice@mamitacrowd.com.

A return must meet the following conditions:

  • Within 60 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Include correct information such as the correct order number
  • Product and packaging must be in undamaged condition.

Tip: Keep your shipping receipt * track & trace so we can always find out which shipment it is.

The return is usually processed within 5 working days, we will notify you, and the amount will be paid after processing.
